Experimenting with AI Chatbots
While exploring YouTube for education and research on how AI integration and chatbots work together to solve customer service and call center issues more efficiently, I came across a useful data-scraping site called fastbots.ai. This platform allows you to enter several URLs, customize the front-end UI with branding colors and logos, insert a welcome message, and adjust the tone and personality of the responses.
I found this activity to be an engaging way to learn more about how chatbots parse and map data. It also offered insight into how hyperlink actions behave when clicked and provided an opportunity to test the bot’s responses while improving its accuracy by adding more data points.
