GMSE

Designing a sponsorship-matching prototype for brands and rightsholders

I designed a lightweight prototype that helped GMSE validate a marketplace model connecting brands with sponsorship opportunities. The work focused on simplifying campaign targeting, tailoring flows for two user types, and proving the platform’s value through clear and intuitive UI patterns.

01

Prototype foundations

Understanding Users and Defining the Matching Experience

Dual User Types — Defined tailored flows for Brands and Rightsholders with distinct needs, inputs, and success metrics.

Campaign Targeting — Structured a step-based model for capturing company details, goals, budgets, and audience parameters.

Discovery Simplification — Translated a complex sponsorship ecosystem into a guided, user-centered journey focused on clarity and match quality.

Alignment with Leadership — Produced a prototype that communicated the business model and supported fundraising conversations.

Creating a Campaign

Streamlining onboarding and profile creation was the fastest way to get brands into the system and ready to define their campaign needs. After capturing essential company details, the flow guided users through goal-setting, audience targeting, and budget inputs—providing the structured data needed to generate relevant sponsorship matches. This kept the experience focused, predictable, and ready for stakeholder validation.

02

Prototype delivery

Creating a Unified Interface Ready for Stakeholder Review

High-Fidelity UI — Built a clickable prototype demonstrating onboarding, profile creation, sponsorship requests, and rightsholder listings.

Unified System — Designed shared components usable by both user types while preserving their unique workflows.

Validation Tool — Delivered screens and flows used to evaluate market fit and refine GMSE’s pitch strategy.

Handoff-Ready Assets — Structured screens and flows for future product expansion if the platform moved toward build-out.
