Simplified complex sponsorship discovery into an intuitive, user-centered experience. Creating a Campaign
Streamlining the onboarding and profile creation process was essential to quickly establishing customer accounts. Once these steps were completed, we strategically guided customers to define their campaign needs by gathering key data points. This approach allowed us to personalize and target offerings more effectively, enhancing the overall customer experience.
The UI was designed for two distinct user types: Brands and Rightsholders. Each had a tailored profile and interface to connect with potential business partners. GMSE required a unified UI to facilitate campaign targeting, allowing brands to create sponsorship requests and profiles, while Rightsholders could offer sponsorships through their own dedicated interface.
