๐ŸŽฏ Impact: Designed the NFT-powered Mutants of the Metaverse platform, blending avatar creation, mobile gaming, and crypto-based collectibles. Built an engaging presale website to drive early adoption, created a mobile avatar configurator, and pitched a mobile gaming concept for seed funding. Leveraged Ethereum smart contracts to secure transactions and ensure validation. Helped position Dreamium as a first mover in blockchain-powered entertainment, bridging identity, play, and collectibles into one unified ecosystem.

Dreamium Labs needed to onboard and excite early adopters into their NFT ecosystem while educating them on the value of Dreamium avatars and tokens. At the time, most NFT platforms were overwhelming and inaccessible, with clunky onboarding and unclear utility.

The goal was to create a mobile-first experience that used gamification, education, and security to engage usersโ€”while designing an NFT avatar creator that let people generate unique identities directly from their own images.

The website then served as the primary hub for interaction, trading, and gameplay, ensuring that mobile creation and web engagement worked seamlessly together.

To lower barriers for early adopters, I designed a mobile app that made it easy to track Dreamium coins, join whitelist opportunities, and access NFT sales. To retain engagement, we implemented gamified onboarding with Discord signups, token drops, and email capture flowsโ€”creating momentum before launch.

As part of the seed round pitch, I created mockups that showcased secure login, NFT creation, and presale flows. Security and trust were emphasized to protect user assets and strengthen investor confidence.

I also conceptualized and prototyped a Play-to-Earn auto-battler game: purchased NFTs fought daily battles, players earned Dreamium tokens, and leaderboards + in-game items fueled competition. Working as design lead, I mapped currency systems, leveling mechanics, and power structures to balance the economy and sustain engagement.

I developed an NFT avatar system where users could scan their own faces and generate three unique versions of themselves (animated, mutant, realistic). By pioneering a layer zero NFT approach, these avatars became portable across Ethereum-based games.

The project launched with strong early adoption, selling 1,500+ NFTs in the first three days, generating enough revenue to sustain the Dreamium incubator for an additional six months.

The app successfully demonstrated a gamified, user-friendly approach to NFT engagement, while pioneering cross-platform avatars as transferable digital assets.

Although Dreamium ultimately closed following the 2023 Silicon Valley Bank collapse, the work highlighted the potential of combining NFT utility, gamification, and user-first design in a rapidly evolving space.
