SuperInsure - SuperSam AI Insurance Agent
Overview:
SuperInsure is an AI-powered insurance platform concept I designed to modernize how small and midsize businesses (SMBs) access and manage their coverage.
Unlike traditional brokerages that rely on paperwork, call centers, and static quote systems, SuperInsure reimagines the insurance process as a conversational experience — one that feels personal, fast, and intelligent.
Built as a proof of concept in Lovable, with ChatGPT powering the reasoning layer, the experience revolves around SuperSam, the brand’s friendly AI insurance agent. SuperSam guides users through coverage recommendations, helps them generate instant quotes, and sends personalized summaries via email — all within a clean, trust-centered UI.
The project showcases how AI + UX + no-code tools can deliver human-like simplicity to one of the most complex, jargon-heavy industries in existence.

To design an end-to-end digital insurance experience that demonstrates how small businesses could:
Understand coverage needs in plain language.
Get insured through a guided, AI-driven conversation instead of forms.
Trust the provider through clear visual hierarchy, transparency, and tone.
From a design perspective, my goal was to:
Explore how AI reasoning and UI clarity can work together to reduce cognitive load.
Prototype a direct-provider model (where SuperSure offers its own policies).
Build the concept fully inside Lovable, testing how far AI-assisted no-code design can go before traditional dev is needed.
