As a consultant for Sapient on the Universal Studios Volcano Bay project, I focused on enhancing linear-flow UX to improve customer experiences. My role involved reducing click states and refining storytelling to streamline micro-transactions, including the ticket purchase flow and add-on services during and after reservations. The goal was to optimize the experience across smartphones, tablets, and kiosks, ensuring seamless task completion.

Volcano Bay was a new waterpark by Universal Studios, where we had to consider the visitors, their devices, and the accessibility needed for completing micro-transactions. Applying Occam's Razor Principle, we minimized features and streamlined the checkout process to enhance the customer experience.
